* Application​ - Below is my puppy application. If you are interested in a puppy you will need to fill it out. You can  send it back to me through email or by mail. If you are having trouble with the application please contact me.
*After you fill out the application and return it to me, I will be contacting you to talk with you. I want to get to know the people who might be getting one of my puppies. 
*Filling out an application does NOT guarantee that you will be approved to receive a puppy. Puppies will go to approved and screened homes only.
*Puppies are sold on a LIMITED AKC registration with a spay and neuter agreement. (Unless an agreement has been made otherwise with the breeder)
* I DO NOT sell puppies to pet stores, commercial breeding operations, doodle breeders, design breeders, breeders of mixes, or breeders of merle poodles



*Application    Download the application to your computer and then save it. Then add text and answer the questions. Then resave it and send it to me. You can also print it off and fill it out. Then scan it or send pictures of it or mail it to me.  If you have any questions about filling out the application please feel free to contact me.

*Contract​ - Below is my puppy contract. You will be required to agree to the terms of the contract before receiving a puppy. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
